We had a wonderful memorial service for my FIL and a lovely reception following where we got to catch up with so many people we don't see often enough. Please continue to pray for the family. My MIL is just so sad. there is no other way to describe it. here is a picture from the slide show that Paul created. It is of the day they eloped. almost 55 years ago. No wonder sadness fills her heart. So, please keep her in your prayers. she really needs them.
On a happier note, my best friend and my nephew and his wife are awaiting the birth of baby boys any day now. (and my bloggy friend Judy too :)) I cannot wait to hold these little blessings.
